15 Minutes From Europe 6 Hours from East Coast

Why Morocco?

Located between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean sea, just 10 minutes from Europe and 7 hours plane from the East Cost, Morocco is a country of contrast. Geographical contrasts with its mountains, gorges, deserts, plains, valleys, oasis and waterfalls. Contrasts of traditions too, since this land saw, during it tumultuous history, a mix of people, cultures and religions.

Morocco’s capital is Rabat, one of the four imperial cities, it is a calm and airy city, located on the Atlantic coast on left bank at the mouth of river Bou Regreg, Rabat houses the Royal palace, the embassies and is the seat of the government. In addition, senior officials, ambassadors and the bourgeoisie reside at the south end of Rabat in the district called Souissi.

In 2004, The King of morocco launched an impressive modernization policy: the adoption of new laws regarding the family and the rights of women, the beginning of development dynamics concerning all sectors of the economy, important infrastructure investments in all regions of Morocco and an increasing importance given to the private sector. Today, the whole country seems on the move.

In October 2008 and because of the major reforms that have been conducted, the EU has granted the advanced status to Morocco. It is expected to gradually integrate Morocco into EU policies and deepen free trade agreement and relations.

Morocco is being cited as one of the top 10 destinations in the world because of its clement climate, sun and exceptional warmness of its inhabitants.
